Help Now

The Rainbow Soul Circle is working on a relationship with HelpNow of Osceola, providing safety, empowerment and healing for survivors of domestic violence and influence social change in the community. The RSC will provide post-facility self-development services to survivors.

These services will be provided at no or minimal cost to participants.
