​​​​​​​​Selected E-books  - For example, all members will get an electronic book called "Your Treasure Hunt." This is a very cool and fun book. The first half focuses on figuring out who you are and what you want in your life. The second half is about finding a job. Folks in Alabama need ways to make money and having a good paying job will provide that. The book is designed so that you can "pick and choose" which parts of the book to use, so that if you only need help with interviewing or resume writing, you can easily find that in the book.

Community - We plan to build a diverse community of people where you can develop relationships with people who share your values or interests, but also people who are different from you. You can think of these like when you meet in your neighborhood on somebody's front porch or kitchen or go to a tail-gating party and help each other and have fun. Some of these will be group-based, where members who attend will interact with each other. Some of these will be lead by the RSC. Some will be both, whatever format seems best for the type of support provided.

Online Content - You will have access to online content to help you. This will vary over time as we discern what help folks need in various parts of the world. For instance, since we know Alabamians need jobs. So we will be producing short, simple videos on job search activities like networking, resumes and cover letters, finding jobs, interviewing, salary negotiation. There are "tricks" and "best practices" for all of these activities and we will explain those clearly and concisely. We too, have watched videos or read online articles where they just ramble on and don't tell you anything useful, because they are really trying to sell you stuff. If you are watching crap like that, then you aren't making money or helping your family or community. So the RSC isn't accomplishing it's goal, if it is wasting your time.

Trustworthy and Useful Information - We also plan to be a place of resources and information for you. So if you need a class in Excel in order to get a certain job, can you get that for free or at a low cost where you live? If you've lost a child and are struggling with that, is there a group in your area that meets to help each other with that. If you have a relationship with your partner, child, parent, friend, etc. that isn't ideal, how do you improve that situation. If you've heard that mediation is useful, how do you get started with that? If you're just not happy with your life, how do you fix it?

Opportunities - As more members join, the way we will make this world a better place is by helping each other. Networking helps you get jobs. One person's trash is another person's treasure. The RSC will even have internships where you can volunteer in areas where you can gain job skills. So we will help each other such that ALL the people in the world are doing well.​​

Discounts on Products and Services - The RSC will offer additional products and services at discounted rates for RSC members. Discounts will vary. We also plan to use this platform to help artists and vendors get their work noticed, particularly in areas of the world that need help. We also plan to offer products and services that no one else provides.
