The Truth

Welcome to the Rainbow Soul Circle blog, where we share authentic stories from our lives and offer insights on past and current events. After much reflection, I decided to call it The Truth.

A college professor of mine said, “The truth can stand any light put to bear on it" and it can. It has also been said, “The truth will set us free" and it will. We should face our truth, both individually and collectively, if we want to continue to make the world of tomorrow better than it is today. Humanity has come a long way, but we still have a ways to go.

As I've grown older, I realize that some truth is "gray" in that it depends on our experiences and the resulting way we view the world. However, some truth is black and white and should be treated as such. For example, people in wars actually get killed. Children are actually born in this world who are not cared for nor loved. Slavery and the Holocaust happened and destroyed individuals and whole families. Environmental destruction is measurably real.

Many of our institutions and leaders are more focused on profit, power, and control than on the well-being of humanity, and thus, they do not speak the truth. Social media and marketing are used to manipulate us. They are not fostering a world where each human being experiences true well-being and can bring their light, their wonderful gifts, the reason they were put on the planet, to us.

The mission of the Rainbow Soul Circle is to create a world where all human beings have a decent place to live, enough food to eat, the best healthcare and education available, and will be safe, loved, respected, and free.

Our intent is to accomplish this mission for everyone on the planet with your knowledge and help. It will take all of us speaking our truth and sharing our stories to stay inspired and to reach common ground. From this common ground, we will move the mountains we need to move.
