First Love Yourself (Fly)

Welcome to the Fly Challenge!​

​You can click on the buttons above begin and end the challenge. To begin you will answer a few questions. To end you will submit a description of what you did in the two steps. You will get a Fly badge for this. It will show up in your profile. We may also give out prizes for the best pictures and stories. We may post your picture on the website and/or have you on a show. 

  1. Complete Assessment #1 - Wheel of Life in Chapter 2 of your e-book that you should have received from us.

  2. Pick one thing in your life that you are doing only because you think you have to - for whatever reason you think you have to do it. Stop doing it. If you aren't ready to stop yet, then at least spend some time thinking about why you keep doing it. Is it good that you keep doing it. What would happen if you stop doing it? Then write about this.

  3. What area of your life are you neglecting yourself. Think about one thing you can do to change this. Do that thing. If you aren't ready to stop yet, then think about it and write about it.
